Since 1977, Employers Unity has fulfilled an industry need: providing employers
with the most cost-effective system of managing workers' compensation costs
by providing the highest quality service.
Employers Unity was founded on four basic principles:
- Generally, employers cannot be effective in managing their unemployment
costs on a part-time basis.
- Employers who operate a multi-state business cannot be effective with
their program because of variances and constant revisions and complexity
in state laws and procedures.
- Employers who have enough activity to set up a full-time staff to manage
these programs cannot do this as efficiently as Employers Unity
- Employers generally do not have sophisticated automated systems to manage
their system efficiently.
We aid the employer in implementing and administering the most effective
risk management techniques available. We provide workers' compensation insurance
cost-control and consulting services designed to assist employers in the management
of their workers' compensation programs.
