Workers' Compensation Cost Management
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
Administration of workers' compensation matters is shifted from
clients with their many responsibilities to the trained Employers Unity staff.
Our experienced claims staff takes responsibility for processing the paperwork
and managing the claims. This frees your staff for more productive tasks. Our
exclusive day-to-day responsibility is intensive management of workers'
compensation, to reduce your company's workers' compensation costs.
Employers Unity will
set up online access with your workers' compensation
insurance carrier (where available). This will establish centralized control
and management of your workers' compensation claims. This
allows us to receive information in a timely manner.
Communication is established between all relevant parties.
This will eliminate the cost associated with unproductive
administrative time, while allowing us the optimum time
frame in which to manage the claim. Employers Unity believes
proactive case management can keep all parties accountable
and working towards the same end result. This brings the
injured worker back to work as soon as possible and reduces
your company's exposure. Our account executives develop a
thorough knowledge of the business practices and claims
history of every client. They are able to anticipate
problems and offer objective recommendations based on their
expertise.
